First it was a pleasure meeting you in Pakistan and I was impressed especially with the knowledge and expertise that you have on the APUs.  I must say that the technical advise that you gave helped to convince the JF-17 PMO to work with Microturbo on the subject Salman K. S. Commercial Director, 42 Haider Road, Rawalpindi - Pakistan.

I have worked with Jean Joseph Dirat for approximately 20 years, mainly in connection with the Hawk jet trainer engine starting and auxiliary power systems.  The type of work has included product development, system trouble shooting, equipment fault investigations, answering customer queries and life extension testing.  I have always found Jean Joseph to be knowledgeable about the equipment and systems performance and he can be relied upon to provide accurate responses to questions we have posed.  He has often helped to support on site customer investigations and has been prepared to travel at short notice and personal inconvenience.  Although our two companies, Microturbo and BAE Systems have sometimes had differences of opinion on some of the commercial issues, Jean Joseph has always been friendly and helped to maintain excellent engineer to engineer relationships. I believe he has always been open and honest and I have great respect for his engineering judgement.   I have no hesitation in supporting him in his new business venture.
